It’s ME Awareness Month

As we enter May, it is one of my favourite awareness months, and that is raising awareness of M.E / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (and of course #longcovid !)

M.E is something that affected me since the age of 19 and something I have spent years working on myself to reclaim my health back ever since.

I am putting together an exciting webinar taking place next 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟭𝟮𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝟳𝗽𝗺 which will keep you guys informed on this highly misunderstood chronic condition (including the latest research and guidance) which, due to the pandemic, has given us a HUGE platform and voice (albeit unfortunately so!), due to the rapid increase in cases as a result of COVID-19.

𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸’𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿:

- What is M.E / CFS?
- Common Names Associated with M.E
- The Classic Symptoms of M.E / CFS
- Causes of M.E / CFS
- The Diagnosis Dilemma
- The Functional Medicine Model and M.E / CFS
- Nutritional Therapy and M.E / CFS
- Gut Health and M.E / CFS

Exploring Beliefs and What Recovery Looks Like
Common Mindset patterns in Dealing with ME / CFS symptoms

Last year we ran our virtual M.E  / CFS awareness event with nearly 100 people attend, so it would be wonderful to see many more wonderful faces next week. Look forward to seeing you there!

p.s. you can also now grab a copy of your go-to chronic fatigue toolkit which is my book, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: Your Route to Recovery
